Thomas Tuttle is the 5th great-grandfather of Lewis Way (Thomas Tuttle, Esther Tuttle, Esther Russell, Samuel Way, Solomon Way, Edward Lewis Way, Hiram Lewis Way, Lewis Beathel Way).
Thomas Tuttle was born 16 Dec 1634 in New Haven, Connecticut, son of William Tuttle (Toothill) and Elizabeth Mathews. He died 19 Oct 1710 in New Haven. Thomas is buried in Grove Street Cemetery in New Haven. On 21 May 1661, he married to Hannah Powell, daughter of Thomas Powell and Priscilla (last name unknown). They had 9 children.
